I met with Mark a few times to discuss what my dream ring would look like. He and his wife are so friendly and accommodating and made the process fun, not intimidating. Mark has this great software where he can show you what the finished product will look like before he starts the custom work. It puts you at ease to see the picture before he gets started.

The process was very speedy once I finally decided on the right design. When I returned to pick up the final product I think I said something like, "wow, it's like you were inside my head and knew exactly what I wanted!"...my ring is perfect now, exactly what I had always dreamed of.
